You will receive a full hospitality experience with a Champagne and canapé reception, complimentary bar throughout the day (excluding Champagne), four course fine dining, including a cheese board with port and brandy, daily gin cocktails with mixologists on site, afternoon tea and VIP hostess service to look after your every need.

This option gives you the chance to select either Wednesday 3rd July 2019 or Saturday 6th July 2019.

The Henley Royal Regatta is no doubt one of the highlights of the British summer events calendar from both a sporting and social point of view, attracting thousands of visitors over its 5 day period. Rowing aside, visitors to Henley Regatta will enjoy the unique ambience while having the maximum amount of time to entertain and socialise with their important guests and clients. Henley Regatta is the perfect choice for client entertainment in its purest form.

All bids must meet or exceed the reserve price and by placing bids you are committing to purchase the item(s) if you are the successful bidder. Payment is due within 48 hours of the end of the auction.

For auction prizes which require postage and packaging within the UK, an additional charge of £20 will be added no matter how many prizes are won. Vouchers for experiences are delivered free of charge via e-voucher or post. Tickets are only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred, changed or resold.
