Product Description
Learn to appreciate a good bottle of red or white and the rich history behind it with this full day course as it will fully immerse you into the world of wine. The experience will start with learning how to taste wine professionally – and yes that includes the classic sniff and swirl! Next on the agenda is an exploration into the world of white wine, where you’ll get to try five varieties and chat about their flavours. This will take you through to lunch time where you’ll have a three course gourmet lunch, matching a different wine with each dish. Following lunch you will be sampling six different red wines and will learn all about how to choose a great red wine, and how they’re processed from vine to bottle to create those unique flavour notes. This experience is sure to be a memorable day! Available on Saturdays for 12 months, subject to availability.
